CORNER MARKET Vendor information

1. TENT SPACE REQUIREMENTS

10 x 10 tent, tent weights, tables, tablecloths that cover table legs, signage, solar or battery powered lights if you need them, multiple ways to take payment, cash/change, your best vibes. There is NO power available at this market. If your setup involves a vehicle or other items larger than a 10 x 10 footprint, we do have larger spaces available, just let us know ahead of time. 

2. PARKING - Vendors are required to only park in street parking  Please do not park in the lot! We need to leave the areas around the market for our customers.  If you have accessibility needs and need to setup close to your vehicle, or drive in to unload, pleas let us know ahead of time so we can give you an earlier load in time and / or a specific spot. 

3. TRASH - If your area creates waste, (food/samples/etc) it must have a garbage can on site at your booth with trash bags in it. You then must dispose of this bag of trash properly.   

4. Currently, LOAD IN is at 4:00pm for our Jazz Night Market. Our market runs 5pm-9pm. Load-in times many vary and are determined by the venue. Other markets or special events might run at different times. Corner Market is held at Corner Club 1502 E. Sligh Ave. in Tampa in Seminole Heights. Market managers will not be on site prior to load in time. Please be setup and ready to sell by 10 minutes before market start time.  Find market staff to check in, quickly unload your items into the lot, then go park in vendor parking areas. Then you may continue to setup.  We will be on site in the lot to show you to your spot and answer any questions you may have about setup.  

5. WEATHER - Our markets are rain or shine.  Florida weather is fickle and we do not call the market due to severe weather until the day of, closer to market setup time. If we have to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, we will let you know.  Please make yourself familiar with our vendor cancellation policy outlined below.

6. BE PREPARED - Bring what ya need! This includes water, bug spray, zip ties, sunscreen, scissors, tape, cash / change.  Please do not burden the business during a busy market day, come prepared!  The club cannot make change for you. 

7. RESPECT - Please be respectful of each other, and of the market staff.  We work really hard to produce the best market possible for you.  We appreciate kindness and good vibes, and won’t tolerate the opposite. 

8. VENDOR MAP - WE WILL SEND THE VENDOR MAP CLOSER TO THE EVENT AND / OR SHOW YOU TO OUR SPOT ON SITE. There are many changes, cancellations, and additions the week and day of the market, so it does not make sense for us to make the map earlier.

9. VENDOR CHAT - Make sure to follow us on Instagram @cornermarkettpa so you can view our vendor chat for the market.  If you don't follow us, you might not see the chat. We usually make the chat the night before or the morning of the market.  

We have been market vendors, and event managers for 15+ years, and we realize things happen and sometimes you cannot attend a market you have committed to.  In this case, we offer a one time transfer to a different date of the same market, pending availability and approval.  **This only applies if you cancel 7 or more days prior to the market date.  Cancellations within 7 days will not receive a refund or transfer.  If you cancel again on your transferred date, your vending fee is dissolved and you will have to reapply to our market. 

We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason or timing.  If you think you cannot attend, please give us as much notice as possible so we can try to fill your spot with a vendor who is on the waitlist and we can transfer your fee to your preferred future date.
