TAMPA PLANT market & PLANT SWAP: Vendor information

Next event Feb. 22, 2026 : 11am-4pm at ROYAL SUZIE IN TAMPA, FL

Vendor Checklist

  1. REQUIRED ITEMS for all vendors - 10 x 10 tent, tent weights, tables, tablecloths that cover table legs, brand signage, solar or battery powered items if you need them (we do not provide power), multiple ways to take payment, cash/change, your best vibes. There is NO power available at this market.  We do not provide tents or tables for vendors. We do have bigger footprints available. If you need one, just let us know. 
  2. PARKING - Vendors are required to only park in our designated lot for vendors.
  3. TRASH - If your area creates waste, (food/samples/etc) it must have a garbage can on site at your booth with trash bags in it. You then must dispose of this bag of trash properly.
  4. LOAD IN - officially starts 2 hours before the market start time. Please quickly unload your items into the lot, then go park. Then you may continue to setup. We will be on site in the lot to show you to your spot and answer any questions you may have about setup.
  5. WEATHER - Our markets are rain or shine. Florida weather is fickle and we do not call the market due to severe weather until the day of, closer to market setup time. If we have to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, we will let you know.
  6. BE PREPARED - Bring what ya need! This includes water, bug spray, zip ties, sunscreen, scissors, tape, cash / change. Please do not burden the  venue during a busy market day, come prepared! We cannot make change for you.
  7. RESPECT - Please be respectful of each other, and of the market staff. We work really hard to produce the best market possible for you. We appreciate kindness and good vibes, and won’t tolerate the opposite.
  8. VENDOR MAP - WE WILL SEND THE VENDOR MAP CLOSER TO THE EVENT in the group chat. There are many changes the week of the market, so it does not make sense for us to make the map earlier.
  9. VENDOR CHAT: We will start a vendor chat the day of the market on Instagram, so make sure to follow the market you’ve applied to @tampaplantmarket or you may not see the chat.

Cancellation Policy

We have been market vendors and event managers for 10+ years, and we realize things happen and sometimes you cannot attend a market you have committed to.  In this case, we offer a one time transfer to a different date of the same market, pending availability and approval.  **This only applies if you cancel 7 or more days prior to the market date.  Cancellations within 7 days will not receive a transfer.  If you cancel again on your transferred date, your vending fee is dissolved and you will have to reapply to our market. 


We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason or timing.  If you think you cannot attend, please give us as much notice as possible so we can try to fill your spot with a vendor who is on the waitlist, and get you on the next date before it is full.
